Tribal belly dance is a fusion of many styles - Gypsy, East Indian, Flamenco, Egyptian, Turkish, North African and a variety of cultures along the Silk Road. This multi-cultural blend presents a beautiful, feminine expression of strength and power that is both ageless and immediate.

Belly dance is a physical display of the strength of women. It is a weight-bearing exercise that has shown to be helpful in treating and preventing osteoporosis, it works all the major muscle groups and is low-impact aerobic.

Classes offer instruction in basic movements but adds a feeling of group spirit and support. This dance does not require a special body type or age group. It is a dance for every woman.
